Disputes and conflict manifest themselves both internally and externally for most individuals. For this reason, the Center for Mediation & Balanced Living promotes the use of a variety of support services for clients and individuals who recognize the internal conflicts that cause them suffering and impact external relationships. All too often, conflicts can be avoided with support, education, counseling and mind-body services that guide individuals on a path toward a whole and balanced life.
