Emotions give richness and meaning to life as well as fuel misery and conflict…they provide the bitter and sweet of human existence. This workshop will offer you a different perspective on how and why you experience feelings. We will explore taking “actual” responsibility and ownership for what you feel, thus providing you a viable skill set to be at peace with your feelings. Turn your feelings from liabilities (“I’m a victim”) into assests (“I can manage!”). You can decide how you want to feel.
There will be a spirited and energized interaction with participants attending this workshop. However, there will be peace at the end.
